Sameep – The Bookkeeper

We are a qualified and licensed bookkeeper providing bookkeeping services to all kind of businesses. Our services include complete bookkeeping (sales & purchase ledgers, bank reconciliation, payments set up, chasing payments), VAT returns, payroll (including auto enrolment and P11D), CIS, Year end accounts, Financial Statements (preparation as per FRS105 & FRS102A and submission with companies house and HMRC, Filing Confirmation Statements), Corporation Tax Returns (preparation and submission with HMRC).
We provide complete and one off package as per our client’s requirement with bespoke software. If you don’t have accountant, we will help you to find one and if your company do not require (usually companies with less than £10.5m do not required audited accounts), we will look after all your work.
