Improvement and Automation of VAT Workpool

In this system, we have automated the VAT workpool, allowing the VAT status to change automatically based on activities within a specific VAT period. This automation ensures that VAT-related tasks are updated in real-time, reflecting the current status without manual intervention. By having this function in place, the risk of missing VAT deadlines is minimized, as it shows the real-time status of all VAT clients under one page. This streamlining of processes enhances accuracy, saves time, and helps businesses maintain compliance efficiently, reducing the likelihood of costly errors or delays.

NEST Tax Monthly and Tax Weekly Added

We have added two NEST submission frequencies : Tax Monthly and Tax Weekly. This update will help businesses that use these frequencies for pension contributions, making the process smoother and more flexible.

HMRC Configuration Setup in Payroll Module

We have added a separate HMRC configuration setup option in the Payroll Module. Earlier, users had to go to the BK or FA module to check or setup HMRC Configurations, Now, it is directly available in the Payroll module and is also linked with FA and BK modules. This update makes it easier and faster for payroll businesses to manage HMRC settings, improving efficiency and saving time.

FA submission moved to Azure function

The Companies House submissions process has been modernized using a serverless architecture powered by Azure Functions. This innovative approach significantly enhances the speed and efficiency of final accounts submissions, ensuring quicker processing times. Additionally, the system delivers improved response times for submission status updates, even during peak hours when demand is highest.
