We also act as an agent of TrueLayer, a limited company, incorporated in England and Wales, with registration number 1027825, registered office at Part Ground Floor (East) Floors 6 and 7 The Gilbert, 40 Finsbury Square London EC2A 1PX who is providing the regulated Account Information Service as part of our Services to you, and is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 and the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 under Firm Reference Number: 901096.

We have made this Privacy Notice to explain how and why we process your personal data when you use our website.

We are a Data Controller when we deal with the personal data of our website users. We also work with professional partners who are Data Controllers themselves. This means that we take responsibility and great care for the personal data we handle about you.
